Please read these Terms of Use ("Agreement") carefully before using SoftPaper. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.

1. Scope of Service and License

SoftPaper is a handwriting, planning, and sketching app designed primarily for iPad.The Dynamic Studios grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

2. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions and Free Trial

SoftPaper offers auto-renewable subscriptions with a 7-day free trial for eligible new users:

• The free trial is linked to your Apple ID and can be used once per Apple ID.
• After the trial, continue access with a monthly or yearly subscription (see product IDs below).
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID / iTunes account upon purchase confirmation.

3. Cancellation and Renewal

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Renewal charges occur within 24 hours before period end.
• Cancel anytime: iOS Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions, then manageSoftPaper.
• If you purchase a paid subscription during a free trial, any unused trial portion is forfeited.

4. User Content and Responsibility

• You are responsible for all drawings, notes, and plans you create in the app.
• Data is stored locally on your device (Hive). Device backup (e.g. iCloud) is your responsibility.

5. Intellectual Property

SoftPaper's design, source code, logo, UI, and brand belong to The Dynamic Studios and are protected by copyright laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

SoftPaper is provided "as is". The Dynamic Studios is not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from device failure or data loss.

7. Governing Law and Contact

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
